Processing Times

All products are custom-made to order. Once your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the design and layout.

After approval of the design, the production process will begin.

Processing Time:

Custom Keychains: 2 business days.

Custom Frames: 2-3 business days.

Shipping Times
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (after processing).

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (after processing for Keychains only).
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Any applicable taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. (Depending on the product)
Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Memory Mix is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you realize you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at memorymix24@gmail.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within Australia. If you’re located outside this region and wish to place an order, please contact us to discuss options.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Memory Mix is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
