Order Confirmation and Approval Process
- After you place your order, we will contact you to confirm the layout and design of your custom collage.
- You will receive a proof of the design for review and approval.
- Production will only begin once you confirm you are satisfied with the design.
Refund Policy
- No Refunds on Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Once the design is approved and production begins, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges.
- Design Adjustments Before Approval: We are happy to make reasonable adjustments to your design during the approval process to ensure you are fully satisfied before production.
- Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement if necessary.
